Bio-Energy Healing works to remove the dams in your energy flow, addressing physical and emotional trauma, conscious and unconscious experiences, and generational patterns that may be holding you back. A series of 5 sessions is ideal to: identify and clear deep-seated blockages, integrate suppressed emotions and memories to restore energy flow and vitality. Please book your first 4 sessions either 1 week apart, or 1 day apart, with the 5th session 3 weeks later.
